Our uniquely qualified Compliance Team reviews, monitors and tracks MBE/WBE/DBE participation on City procurements throughout all phases of a project.

We review solicitations, sets project goals, collaborate with Project Owners, Managers and General Contractors to help identify scopes of work on projects, and verify Compliance Plan information submitted by Bidders/Proposers.

After the solicitation is awarded our team continues to monitor and assess compliance by conducting site audits, preparing reports through certified payroll, reviewing payment requests, facilitating performance/payment issues, and determining final compliance with the program.
